There is a province-level technical center in our company, with 362 technicians and engineers, 60 of them own senior titles, including 56 senior engineers, 2 senior administration engineers, 2 senior economists, and 9 experts enjoying special allowance from the Chinese State Council.

About 21.3% (198 persons) of staffs of our technical center are specialized in the research and development of new products, 38 of them (19.2% of technicians) own senior titles, including 6 experts in the fields of chemical fiber equipment, 7 experts of Finishing equipment of printing and dyeing industry, 3 experts for dyeing equipment, and 5 experts enjoy the special allowance from the Chinese State Council. We have established a R&D team of chemical fiber apparatus, and this team is consisted of 48 full-time technicians; moreover, we also own a R&D team of dyeing and finishing machines, which is consisted of 49 full-time technicians. With the supports of experienced technicians and their hard workings, we have the good abilities to research and develop new products and technologies.

There are CAD and CAPP network, and CAD development system in our center; with the supports of method experimental room, welding experimental room and electric experimental room, we are able to make chemical and physical analysis on new methods and materials. Now, we own the licenses to designing, manufacturing and installing I TYPE and II type pressure vessels. We also have the license of manufacturing organic heat transfer material heaters.
